Knox County, Texas Acquisition

ONE Energy acquired properties located in Knox County, Texas including 34 wells spread across eight leases. ONE Energy Operating is the operator.

ONE Energy Operating

ONE Energy established a wholly owned subsidiary, ONE Energy Operating Corp. The operating company is fully bonded and licensed with the Texas Railroad Commission. It was established to operate select acquisition properties of ONE Energy.

Japanese Investment

ONE Energy has successfully raised financing in Japan.

April - June 2009

Danish Pension Fund Offering

With assistance from a top-tier law and consulting firms in Denmark, ONE Energy has created an offering specific to Danish pension fund investors.

South East Asia Petroleum Exploration Society Conference

ONE Energy attended the bi-annual conference held by SEAPEX. Speakers included members from Standard Chartered/Harrison Lovegrove and a founding partner of Pearl Energy. Other participants included Deloitte, Weatherford Oil, and ConocoPhillips.
